No Professional Security Advice
CVEDaily publishes vulnerability intelligence and security analysis for informational purposes. Our content is not professional security consulting, incident response guidance, or legal advice, and it does not create a client relationship of any kind. Patch decisions, mitigation steps, and risk acceptance for your environment remain your responsibility. Always validate changes against your own systems and consult the affected vendor’s official advisory before acting.
Accuracy and Source Data
Vulnerability data referenced on this Site — including CVE identifiers, CVSS scores, affected version ranges, and exploitation status — is derived from public primary sources such as the National Vulnerability Database (NVD), the CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities (KEV) catalog, and vendor security advisories. Those sources are updated and revised by their maintainers over time. We publish what the record shows at the time of writing and correct errors when identified, but we do not warrant that any figure remains current. The originating vendor advisory is always authoritative.
Permitted Use
You may read, share, and link to our articles, and quote short excerpts with attribution and a link to the original page. You may not republish articles in full, scrape the Site at a volume that degrades service for others, or present our analysis as your own work. Automated access for research or indexing is welcome within the limits set in our robots.txt.
Intellectual Property
Article text, charts, page layout, and the CVEDaily name and mark are the property of CVEDaily Media. Underlying vulnerability records from NVD, CISA, and MITRE are public data and are not claimed by us. Vendor and product names belong to their respective owners and appear here for identification only.
Prohibited Content Requests
We do not publish proof-of-concept exploit code, weaponized payloads, or operational attack instructions, and we do not accept submissions of that nature. Requests to remove accurate, sourced coverage of a disclosed vulnerability or breach will be declined; requests to correct a factual error will be reviewed promptly.
Third-Party Links and Advertising
The Site links to external advisories, vendor pages, and reporting we do not control, and displays advertising served by third parties including Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of third-party sites or advertisers. The presence of an advertisement does not imply endorsement.
Limitation of Liability
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CVEDaily Media is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site or its content — including any security incident, downtime, or loss of data.
Availability and Changes
